Simply click the “Browse Jobs” button on our homepage or use the search bar to find a position. Once you find a job you’re interested in, click “Apply Now” and follow the instructions to submit your resume or application.

Do I need to register to apply for jobs?

Yes. You’ll need to create a free account to apply and receive future communications. However, we do offer two paid monthly packages that are both less than or equal to your daily cup of coffee. These packages are very beneficial by providing front line access to employers of interest and monthly resources and discounts to excel your career.

What types of healthcare positions do you offer?

We offer a wide range of roles, including Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Registered Nurses (RNs), and home health aides. We also post opportunities in rehab, long-term care, assisted living, and more.

Is there a fee to use your job board as a candidate?

No. Future Healthcare Solutions is free for job seekers. You can register, search jobs, and apply at no cost.

How can I find out who is the hiring manager or lead recruiter on this posting?

Due to privacy and security policies, we do not display the hiring manager’s or recruiter’s direct contact information. All communication regarding a job will be handled through our platform or directly by the employer once an application is reviewed.

I can’t remember my user ID and/or password. Can you reset it?

Yes! On the login page, click “Forgot Password?” and follow the instructions to reset your credentials. If you’re unsure of your username, you can use your email address instead. Still having trouble? Contact us for support.

I am having trouble with the online process. Is there an alternative method to apply?

Yes. If you’re experiencing technical difficulties, you can email your resume directly to info@futurehealthcaresolutions.com with the job title in the subject line. One of our team members will follow up with next steps.

Our average placement time is 24–72 hours for active candidates. Timing may vary based on role and location, but our goal is always speed without compromising quality.

When can I expect to hear back from the hiring department or recruiter?

You may hear back within a few days to one week after submitting your application, depending on the employer’s schedule. Some positions may require additional screening, which can extend the process slightly.

How will the department contact me if I’m selected?

Employers typically reach out via email or phone, using the contact information you provided in your profile. Be sure to check your spam or promotions folder, and keep your phone voicemail active and clear.

It’s been some time since I’ve heard anything about my application. What should I do?

If more than 7–10 business days have passed, we recommend checking your account for any status updates. You can also reach out to our team at info@futurehealthcaresolutions.com and we’ll follow up with the employer if needed.

I recently acquired a new job experience. How can I update my resume?

You can log into your account, go to “My Profile” or “Resume Section,” and upload an updated version of your resume. We recommend keeping your profile up to date to improve your chances of being selected.

You can either submit a staffing request through our “Request Staff” form or create an account to post your job listing directly to the site.

What types of professionals can I find on your platform?

We provide access to licensed CNAs, LPNs, RNs, and healthcare aides. All candidates are vetted for credentials and experience before placement.

Do you offer both temporary and long-term staffing?

Yes. We support per diem, contract-to-hire, and permanent placement options to meet your facility’s specific needs.

Can you help me screen candidates?

Yes. We pre-screen all candidates for licensure, background checks, and work eligibility to ensure they meet your facility’s standards before submission.
